We will be using the main gyms at the old and new Dixon Middle Schools for the 5v5 tournament.

To REGISTER, fill out and submit the form below. The Dixon Indoor Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine age brackets as necessary to fill the tournament. Please choose your bracket according to the oldest player on your team on the first day of the tournament. Example; on the first day of the tournament if your oldest player is 12, you would enter the 12U (12 and under) bracket. If you have any questions please use the contact form and let us know.

ALL teams must check in at the New Dixon Middle School on January 10th between 4:00-8:00 pm with roster form, medical waivers signed by each parent and proof of age using birth certificate or government issued ID. We will be offering teams the opportunity to complete all necessary documentation electronically. Please watch for information via email after registration. YOU MUST CHECK-IN AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME
